Course Objectives :

The objectives of MCC training is to develop non-technical skills applicable to working in a multi-crew environment by conducting training in effective decision making, communication, division of tasks, use of check-lists, mutual supervision, teamwork and support throughout all phases of flight under normal, abnormal and emergency conditions.

Course Content:

1-) Theoretical Training Phase :

Multi-Crew Cooperation Course (MCC) theory training consists of 25:00 hours.

2-) Flight Training Phase:

Multi-Crew Cooperation Course (MCC) flight training consists of 20:00 hours.

MCC training course must be completed with an ATO (Approved Training Organization) certificate within 6 months.
