As in all stages of TAFA trainings, modern pilot trainings are provided via simulators. With the new generation FNPT II simulators equipped with advanced systems, the most realistic training conditions are provided.

In the simulator trainings, students gain maximum flight knowledge and experience under the conditions of VFR (Visual Flight Rules) and IFR (Instrument Flight Rules), and trainings are provided on the basis of realistic scenario for emergency situations that can be experienced during any stage of flight.

Single-engine Cessna 172S NAV III Skyhawk and Diamond 40 NG flight simulators as well as multi-engine Diamond 42 NG and Ascent XJ FNPTII simulators offer a complete infrastructure for the trainings provided.

The visual systems of TAFA Simulators offer landforms and airport layouts around the world with a field of view of 210°. These systems provide exact simulation of unfavourable weather conditions in CAT 1 category through advanced electrically controlled feedback flight controls.

TAFA Simulators are advanced new generation (NG) simulators produced by Frasca and Mechtronix companies in USA and Canada.

CESSNA 172S NAV III Skyhawk

Cessna 172S NAV III Skyhawk. FNPT II simulator prepares the students for advanced glass cockpit systems of large aircrafts with GARMIN 1000 cockpit avionic system and GFC700 automatic flight control system, thus providing superior situational awareness.

DIAMOND 40 NG

Diamond 40 NG FNPT II simulator prepares the students for advanced glass cockpit systems of large aircrafts with GARMIN 1000 cockpit avionic system and GFC700 automatic flight control system, thus providing superior situational awareness.

DIAMOND 42 NG

Our pilot candidates maintain their trainings with the simulator of Diamond 42 NG when they reach the level of multi engine aircraft training. This simulator is equipped with GARMIN 1000 cockpit avionic system, integrated weather radar, collision avoidance traffic warning system and GFC700 automatic flight control system.

ASCENT XJ FNPTII MCC Jet

When pilot candidates advance to the aircrafts in the class of commercial multi-engine jet, trainings of general aircraft systems, FMS, EFIS, performance and other related systems are given in the Ascent XJ FNPTII MCC Jet Simulator. On this occasion, by keeping the situational awareness of our pilot candidates at the highest level, an easy transition process is provided to the advanced glass cockpit systems of large aircrafts within the scope of multi-engine trainings.

ALSIM ALX FNPT-II MCC

ALSİM ALX simulator, which contains all of the SEP (Single Engine Piston), MEP (Multi Engine Piston) and Airbus-based MCC capabilities in a single device, provides the opportunity to make training flights in 8 different airports with the highest traffic in our country and 116 different popular international airports. Thus, our pilots can switch to type training more ready and with higher situational awareness. ALX, which can be used in all of our simulator trainings in our curriculum, provides a production contribution of at least 5000 hours per year to TAFA.

Simulator Certification is performed by Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
